† IN OUR PRAYERS  Morgan A., Mary P.’s granddaughter, recovering from back surgery; Megan M., safety during this pregnancy; Maggie C., recovering from COVID; Stephen Ministry and their care receivers.

† MIDWEEK ADVENT SERVICES  As in recent years, Good Shepherd will provide midweek worship services at 11:00 am and 7:00 pm each Wednesday during Advent.  The first Advent service will be this Wednesday, December 1.  Please join us!

† WORSHIP REMINDERS 

The rows in the back half of the sanctuary remain roped for those for whom spacing is a concern.

The offering plate is located at the back of the sanctuary.

Once again we will be using the attendance books.

If you would like to offer any feedback we would welcome it.

† ADVENT DEVOTIONALS  Christian Education purchased devotional books to share with the congregation this Advent season.  “Symbols of Salvation”     devotional books are available in the Narthex on the table by the nursery.  Please take only one copy per family.

† POINSETTIAS  If you would like to purchase a poinsettia(s) to help adorn the sanctuary at Christmas, please use the sign-up sheet on the table in the narthex and prepay Diana Endicott.  The cost is $10.00 each.

† SUNDAY SCHOOL CHRISTMAS PROGRAM  This year’s Christmas program will  be held the evening of Sunday, December 19.  Practices will be held  during  Sunday School on December 5, 12, and 19.  We will start practicing songs in   November during Sunday School.  Parts will need to be assigned soon, so we would love to know which children would like to be involved. If you would like your children to participate please let us know as soon as possible.  You   can do this by letting  your child’s Sunday School teacher know, by contacting Becky C. (chaddb@carthagetigers.org) or you can contact the church office by phone at 358-1325 or email at goodshepherd@ecarthage.com.
