† MOTHER’S DAY BRUNCH  The Fellowship Committee is hosting a casual and elegant Mother’s Day brunch.  If you’re a mom, come celebrate with us on May 13^th at 10:00 am for food, fun, fellowship, and maybe a couple of surprises.  There is a sign-up sheet in the Narthex.

† VBS 2023  For those willing to help with this year’s VBS, there is a table in the narthex today for volunteer sign-ups.  Volunteers are such a critical aspect of a successful VBS, and we can’t wait to get you connected with the right opportunity for you!

† QUILT  Looking for a special Mother’s Day surprise?  LWML has been gifted a beautiful quilt for just that purpose.  It is on display in the Narthex and we will be selling tickets for a drawing that will happen on Mother’s Day.

† SUNDAY SCHOOL  During the summer Good Shepherd will take a break from Sunday School Classes.  The break will begin after Sunday, May 21.  Sunday School will kick off again with Rally Day in September.

† SUNDAY SCHOOL CHILDREN will be singing on Sunday, May 21, during the service.  They will be practicing songs during the opening time of Sunday School.

† SAVE THE DATE  Lutheran Night at the Springfield Cardinals’ Stadium will be June 16.  You can contact Jim G. if you have questions.

† MEALS ON WHEELS  Thank you to all those who helped with the Over 60 Center meal delivery this past week.  What a great way to help support our community.
