We will have groundbreaking for the new building expansion Easter Sunday, at 10:00 a.m.

Work on the project will begin soon. The septic tank will have to be moved before any kind of excavation work can begin. It is located right where the new expansion will be built.

After that, site work will be that of getting ready for the concrete work: pouring the footings, the foundation, and the basement floor slab.

As work begins on the building project, we do so with the prayer that God blesses our work to His glory

Good Shepherd has a Parish Nursing program. Nurses make home visits to the ill and shut-in. Blood pressure and weight checks are available.

Good Shepherd recently acquired a defibrillator to keep in the church. The device has voice instructions to make it easy to use in case of an emergency.

BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKS are available in the narthex after each service. You will be given a small form that can be carried in your wallet which will include medical information and a log of your blood pressure readings.

Good Shepherd members support mission efforts throughout the world.

Two members, Cheryl and Bradley M., recently returned from a mission trip in Africa. They helped with chidrens ministry and worked on the construction of a house/administrative space for a school. They provided a very interesting presentation about their experience during sunday morning bible study following their return.

 Duke Mason started off the congregational get-together with his always very enjoyable vocal performance in the sanctuary. We then went downstairs for a great Irish pot-luck meal.  View Pictures of the Event
