† RUMMAGE SALE  The Fellowship Committee will be having a rummage sale at the church this coming Friday and Saturday from 7:00 am – 1:00 pm.  All   proceeds will go toward Fellowship activities and decorations.  Donation items can be brought to the church this week.  Please come and join us for the sale and see what treasures you can find.  Contact Donya M., if  you have any questions.

† ROCK – ROLLING OUT CHRIST’S KINGDOM  Summer is here and we have started our NEW Wednesday evening children’s event.  We will meet every Wednesday night through July 23 starting at 6:00 pm for dinner, small group bible study, and fun.  The activities will conclude at 7:30 pm.  All women are invited to join Rhonda N. for a women’s Bible study while the children  are busy.  All students from Kindergarten to Seniors are welcome to join. Tell a friend and come join us.  Please feel free to contact Donya M. with any  questions or concerns,.     

† MEALS ON WHEELS  Thanks to everyone who helped with delivering meals last week.  What a great way to help our community.

† MISSOURI DISTRICT OFFERING  More than 40 years ago, the Missouri District established an endowment to provide scholarships for university and seminary students from our state who were preparing for professional church work vocations.  This school year, that same fund provided aid to 62 students. Praise God!  As we prepare for our upcoming convention, congregations will be praying for the proceedings and taking a special offering today to help strengthen the Missouri District’s scholarship endowment.  Our convention theme—”Bold Hope in Christ”—is a fitting reminder of how we can confidently work together in His kingdom for His glory.  Thank you for your support

† BREAKFAST IN THE PARK  LWML invites all ladies of the congregation to attend Breakfast in the Park this Saturday starting at 9:30 am.  Our “park” setting will be the church lawn, weather permitting.  Please RSVP on the sign-up sheet in the narthex.  Hope to see you there!

† TREASURER NOTE  For the 5 months ended this May, our paid expenses totaled $99,044 while our income totaled $93,632, leaving us with a deficit of $5,412.   Our budgeted expense year to date is $101,560.

† JR CONFIRMATION  This morning three of our young members will publicly confess their faith during the service.  These members include: Max B. who is the son of Jared and Shelby B., Kellen M. who is the son of Kelby and Petra M., and Zoe W. who is the daughter of  Brandon and Tara Williams.  We thank God for them and ask Him to bless their public confession to His glory.

† SUNDAY SCHOOL  We will not have Sunday School or Adult Bible Class today but we will start back for a summer of fun on Sunday, June 1.
