Announcements — September 28, 2025

† IN OUR PRAYERS  Leah E., the Chapman’s granddaughter, dealing with Thyroid Cancer; Micki B., recovering after surgery; Jim B., undergoing treatment for pancreatic cancer; Stephen Ministry and their care receivers.

† FLU SHOTS  Lacy E. will be giving Flu shots after the service next Sunday, October 5.  If you would like one, please use the sign up sheet on the round table in the Narthex.

† LWML SUNDAY  Next Sunday Good Shepherd will be observing LWML Sunday. 

† A CIRCUIT FORUM MEETING will be held at Good Shepherd today at 4:00 pm.  Everyone is welcome to a St. Michael and All Angels service followed by light refreshments.  After this, congregational delegates will meet for the forum.

† JR CONFIRMATION  Jr. Confirmation class is meeting each Wednesday evening at 6:45 pm.

† MEALS ON WHEELS  A big thanks to everyone who helped with Meals on Wheels in September.  What a great way to serve our community.

† PORTALS OF PRAYER  The winter quarter Portals of Prayer are on the information table in the Narthex.

† TRINITY LUTHERAN CHURCH IN FREISTATT is offering an authentic German meal as a community event on Saturday, October 18.  For more information, please see the flyer on the round table in the Narthex.

† YOUTH EVENT  Chad and Tracy K. will be hosting a youth event this Saturday, September 27 at  5:00 pm.  The event will be at their home and will include dinner, a bonfire, fishing, and pumpkin picking.
