RECEPTION OF NEW MEMBERS This morning, during the service, Good Shepherd will be receiving new members: Lyndsay M. and Roy (Dale) W. So thankful to have them as a part of our church family.

GSLC ANNUAL LADIES’ NIGHT OUT will be held tonight at 5:00 pm. No matter what you call it, be there for dinner and fun. The guys will cook, serve, and clean up while the ladies relax. The whole family is welcome… but door prizes are just for the gals! The men will need to bring something yummy for the famous “dessert buffet”. This will be a great way to kick off our favorite time of year, Spring! We will have an ole’ fashioned BBQ with all the ‘fixins’. Contact Dave or Lora W. for more information.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL PLANNING MEETING There will be a VBS planning meeting after Sunday School today. We would love to have anyone and everyone interested in being involved in VBS this year at our planning meeting. It would be great to have a large group involved in the planning process.

EASTER EGG HUNT DONATIONS The LYF is asking the congregation for donations of rolls of nickels/dimes, small prizes, or bags of individually wrapped candy to fill the plastic eggs for the Sunday School Easter Egg hunt. Your donations can be placed in the container provided in the youth room or they can be dropped off in the church office.

THE SUNDAY SCHOOL CHILDREN will be singing on Palm Sunday, April 14, during the service.

HE IS RISEN EASTER BREAKFAST SIGN-UP An Early Easter Sunrise Service calls for a new early riser breakfast menu. This year LWML will provide biscuits, gravy, and scrambled eggs. EASTER LILIES There is a sign-up sheet on the round table in the narthex for Easter lilies. It would be nice to have at least 20 lilies to adorn the sanctuary for Easter. Thanks for your help.

WATERED GARDENS MISSION PROJECT The LWML is having a non-perishable food drive during the months of March and April to help fill the shelves at Watered Gardens. Please place your donations in the basket provided in the narthex. Monetary donations can also be given to Mary Parks, Diana E., or the church office.

PORTALS OF PRAYER The new Portals of Prayer for the spring are on the table by the nursery in the narthex.

NURSERY/CRY ROOM Should your child become distressed or distract others during the service, a furnished nursery/cry room is located in the narthex for your use. Please ask one of the ushers if you need directions.

BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKS are available in the nurse’s office after the service. You will be given a small form that can be carried in your wallet which will include medical information and a log of your blood pressure readings.
