WEDNESDAY TIME CHANGES FOR LENT Band practice will remain at 5:30. All other classes will begin at 6:00 pm in order to allow everyone to attend the Midweek Lenten services.

CONGRATULATIONS We celebrate with Hans & Laura D. who were blessed with the gift of a baby boy on Tuesday, Feb. 19. Jasper Cole weighed 6 lbs, 5.2 oz, and was 20 inches long. His maternal grandparents are Greg & Caryn D. We pray for the Lord’s blessings on this family.

CHOIR PRACTICE Would you like to be a part of a special mixed choral group that will sing on Palm Sunday and Easter? Beginning today, and for the next four Sundays, practice will be held after the late service.

LADIES NIGHT OUT/WITH AN IRISH FLARE It’s all happening on Sunday, March 17, St. Patty’s Day, at 5:00 pm. We need women to sign up as guests, men to help serve/clean up, and we are also asking for dessert donations. Sign up sheets are on the round table in the Narthex. Entertainment will be Bill Lasley playing piano and telling stories. Plus, door prizes!

LIGHT POLE, FREE FOR THE TAKING If anyone has use for a light pole, we have one that is yours for the asking. It is lying next to what is left of the dirt and rocks from the building expansion. Please contact the church office.

RECYCLE YOUR BULLETIN Under the round table in the narthex we have provided a container that you can put your used bulletin in for recycling. Thank you.

ASSISTIVE LISTENING If you are having a hard time hearing the service, assistive listening devices are available from the ushers. They work like a transistor radio and you can control the volume.

FLOWER CHART There are lots of empty dates on the calendar. If you would like to place flowers at the altar for a special occasion or in memory of someone, please sign the flower chart hanging on the wall next to the water fountain in the hallway. Simply write your name, phone number, and occasion with the pen provided.

BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKS are available in the nurse’s office after each service. You will be given a small form that can be carried in your wallet which will include medical information and a log of your blood pressure readings.

PRAYER BEARS are in the sanctuary pews and available to be signed out (notebook in narthex) and given to anyone that needs God’s love, comfort, and peace. We have had reports and words of thanks from folks being blessed by this outreach ministry.
