† MIDWEEK ADVENT SERVICES As in recent years, Good Shepherd will provide midweek worship services at 11:00 am and 7:00 pm each Wednesday during Advent. The first Advent service will be this Wednesday, December 3.
† ADVENT DEVOTIONALS “The Clothing of the King” devotionals books are available in the Narthex on the information table next to Portals of Prayer. Please only take one copy per family.
† MEALS ON WHEELS Good Shepherd will deliver meals on Wednesday, December 3. If you would like to help with this or have questions, please contact Sandy D.
† LWML will host their annual caroling party on December 9. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend this fun event! Meet at the church around 5:00 pm to carpool. Festive attire is encouraged! Need not be able to sing to attend! Following caroling, we’ll head to Mis Arcos for dinner.
† LFCS SEASON OF SHARING A big thanks to everyone who took an ornament from the tree in the narthex to sponsor a child connected to Lutheran Family and Children’s Services in Joplin for Christmas. The unwrapped items need to be back under the tree by next Sunday, December 7.
† SUNDAY SCHOOL PROGRAM This year’s Christmas program will be held the evening of Sunday, December 14, at 6:00 pm. Practice started last week during the Sunday School hour. If you would like your children to participate, please come and join us for practice.
† ROCK has been moved to Donya M.’s house starting at 5:30 pm with dinner and ending around 6:30 pm so everyone can make it to Advent services. All children are welcome (and parents)!!!
