LWML FUNDRAISER-DOLLARS FOR MISSIONS QUILT  And the quilt goes to: Gerry Schnackenberg.  Congratulations, Gerry!  She was informed by text messaging, while somewhere in Colorado, that her name had been drawn and that she was the proud owner of the hand made quilt.

CHURCH WORK DAY  Saturday, Nov. 17, 9:00 am—12:00 noon, has been designated by the board of trustees as a work day (morning) here at the church.  There are a number of small jobs that need attention, and the more folks that are willing to help the faster it will all get done.  Everyone is guaranteed to be assigned a task!

LWML BAKE SALE  Next Sunday, after both services, the LWML will be offering baked goods and other special treats for sale.  All proceeds will be used for mission projects.

SPECIAL CHORAL PRESENTATION  The Fort Hayes Singers, a top choral group from Fort Hayes State University, Hays, Kansas, will be here next Sunday for a free concert, beginning at 7:30 pm.  It will be a great night of music, so bring your friends!  The group will be spending the night with us…please make them feel welcome.

CD’S AND TAPES OF THE SERVICE  Audio tapes and CD’s of the service are available after the service each Sunday.  They are located in the glassed-door cabinet in the narthex.

BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKS are available in the narthex after the service.  You will be given a small form that can be carried in your wallet which will include medical information and a log of your blood pressure readings.

ASSISTIVE LISTENING  If you are having a hard time hearing the service, assistive listening devices are available from the ushers.  They work like a transistor radio and you can control the volume.

PRAYER BEARS are in the sanctuary pews and available to be signed out (notebook in narthex) and given to anyone that needs God’s love, comfort, and peace.  We have had reports and words of thanks from folks being blessed by this outreach ministry.
