† SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS NEEDED Fall Sunday School will be beginning in September and we are in need of Sunday School teachers. Please contact Donya M., if you’d be willing to help in this area. We need team teachers as well as substitute teachers.
† SUNDAY SCHOOL RALLY DAY Sunday School classes will resume on Sunday, September 10, with Rally Day activities during the Sunday School hour. This will be followed by a lunch sponsored by Christian Education and a Pie Auction sponsored by LWML. Watch for more information to come.
† MEAL TRAIN Cindy is still in the hospital but improving each day thankfully. Dave is spending most of his days at the hospital with Cindy, and their children are back in school/work and are not here as often as before. With all of that being said, we are going to pause on the meal train until Cindy is back home. Then we will start things up again. Thank you to everyone who has helped so far!
† HELPING WITH SCHOOL SUPPLIES For the next couple of Sundays, Good Shepherd will be collecting Lysol spray, disinfectant wipes, and tissues for Martin Luther School in Joplin to help with offsetting the cost of school supplies. There is a collection box in the narthex.
† THRIVENT SHIRTS In connection with our VBS, there are a few leftover Thrivent shirts in various sizes. They are located on the VBS table in the narthex. Please feel free to take one.
