NAME TAG SUNDAY  Next Sunday there will be name tags available in the narthex and we as ask that everyone wear one.  It’s a great way to help us get to know each other a little better.

THE JR CONFIRMATION CLASS will have their final confirmation class this Wednesday evening at 6:30 with a review of this year’s lessons.  You are welcome to attend.  After the review, the class will be fitted for their confirmation robes.

THE ELDERS will meet this Monday evening at 7:00.

Give…because every drop tells a story.  THE COMMUNITY BLOOD CENTER BLOODMOBILE is here today from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.  Please give if you can.  Be sure you have photo identification with you.  Blood donations save lives.

FESTIVAL OF HYMNS  A Pipe Organ Dedication Concert will be presented at Faith Lutheran Church, 2134 Grand Ave., Carthage, Sunday, June 3, at 3:00 pm.  Organist is Sara Buelow, Faith’s pastor’s wife, along with other guest musicians.  Cake and punch reception to follow.

BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKS are available in the narthex after each service.  You will be given a small form that can be carried in your wallet which will include medical information and a log of your blood pressure readings.

PRAYER BEARS are in the sanctuary pews and available to be signed out (notebook in narthex) and given to anyone that needs God’s love, comfort, and peace.  We have had reports and words of thanks from folks being blessed by this outreach ministry.

CD’S AND TAPES OF THE SERVICE  Audio tapes and CD’s of the service are available after the 8:15 am service each Sunday.  They are located in the glassed-door cabinet in the narthex.

ASSISTIVE LISTENING  If you are having a hard time hearing the service, assistive listening devices are available from the ushers.  They work like a transistor radio and you can control the volume.
