† LENT began February 17, with our Ash Wednesday service. We will once again have weekday services each Wednesday at 11:00 am and 7:00 pm throughout Lent. Be sure and utilize these services as part of your Lenten observance.
† THE SUNDAY SCHOOL CHILDREN will be singing in the 9:00 am service on Sunday, March 7. They have been working on a couple songs during the Sunday School hour that they would like to share with their congregation.
† MEAL DELIVERY Good Shepherd’s week to deliver meals for the Over-60 Center is March 1–5. If you can help with this worthwhile project, please contact Betty E.
† HYMNALS The hymnals are back in the pews. If you would like to use a song sheet instead, they are available at the back by the sound booth.
† SERVICE OPTIONS We are offering a ‘Service of the Word’ on the first and third Sunday’s of the month and a ‘Service of the Sacrament’ on the second and fourth Sundays. The next Service of the Sacrament will be on Sunday, February 28 at 8:00 am. Because these are high precaution services we encourage everyone to wear masks and we will have minimal singing.
† ALTAR FLOWERS The 2021 flower chart still has several empty spots. If your would like to put flowers on the altar please sign up on the list hanging on the wall by the water fountain. It’s a wonderful way to honor a loved one, celebrate a special occasion, or to say “thank you, Lord” for blessings received.
