† ANGEL TREE  A big Thank you to everyone who took a tag from the tree.  Our congregation sent a very generous number of items to the Salvation Army last week and they were extremely appreciative to get them!  Thanks for your support of this project!

† STORIES OF THE SAVIOR  Please join us this evening for the Sunday School Christmas Program at 7:00 pm.  Come and learn from our research teams how so many people, both from the Old Testament and the New Testament, have “Stories of the Savior”!  The students have worked hard and are very excited to share the story of Jesus’ birth with their church family!  There will be refreshments for everyone to enjoy following the program.  *Today we will have one last rehearsal during Sunday School and then celebrate with cupcakes!

† BELL RINGING  Our LWML and the Youth Group will be combining to ring bells for the Salvation Army on Wed., December 18, from 4:00 – 6:00 pm, which allows plenty of time to get to the Advent service.  They will be at the north door of Walmart.  Please come out to support the Salvation    Army as well as our LWML and the Youth; in fact they would love for you to join them in singing Christmas carols.

† LWML BUNCO PARTY  All adult women are invited to attend the Bunco Party hosted by LWML on Sunday, January 5, at 3:00 pm! (This will take the place of the annual Christmas party this year.)  Plan to have a fun afternoon playing Bunco (a very easy-to-learn dice game) with the great women of Good Shepherd!  There will be snacks and prizes!  The Secret Sister reveal will also be that afternoon.

† OFFERING ENVELOPES  The 2020 offering envelopes are on the round  table in the narthex.  Please remember to discard your 2019 envelopes and use only the 2020 envelopes beginning on Sunday, January 5.  If you do not see your name and want envelopes, please contact the church office.  Likewise, if you prefer not to use them and see your name, simply write NO on the label.
