† IN OUR PRAYERS  Karen M., undergoing knee replacement surgery     this Wednesday; Sue V., at St. Luke’s in Carthage receiving rehab after a broken hip; Wynette Q., undergoing surgery to remove a brain tumor on February 13; George M., fighting an infection; Katherine R., homebound; Jack H., at St. Luke’s dealing with multiple health issues; LuVerne C., undergoing treatment for lymphoma; Kathy P., suffering health issues; Sara P., undergoing treatment for cancer; Stephen Ministry and their care receivers.

† SUNDAY SCHOOL  The Sunday School students would like to share the songs they are working on about God’s love with the congregation during the service next Sunday, February 10. 

† BAKE SALE  There will be a bake sale next Sunday, February 10, in the    narthex after the service.  This is sponsored by LWML.  Come prepared next Sunday to donate to a good cause and enjoy some delicious goodies!

† OFFERING STATEMENTS  The 2018 offering statements are on the round table in the narthex.  If you need your statement mailed, please contact the church office, 358-1325.

† GSLC THURSDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY AND FELLOWSHIP finished their study of the book of Genesis.  The class will now move into the book of Exodus.  The group meets each Thursday morning at 10:00 am.  Come and check it out, now would be a good time to start!  

† FULL SIZE BED in need of a home.  If you are in need of one, please      contact the church office, 358-1325, for more details.

† GSLC BAND will not be meeting again until next fall.

† FLOWER CHART, 2019  If you would like to place flowers at the altar for a special occasion or in memory of someone, please sign the flower chart hanging on the wall next to the water fountain in the hallway.  Simply write your name, phone number, and occasion with the pen provided.

† SUNDAY SCHOOL OFFERING  The offering from both Adult Bible Class  and Sunday School for the months of January and February will be going to The Presbyterian Children’s Home & Services in Joplin.  PCHAS helps foster care parents and children in our area.

† BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKS are available in the nurse’s office after the  service.  You will be given a small form that can be carried in your wallet which will include medical information and a log of your blood pressure readings.

† PRAYER BEARS are in the sanctuary pews and available to be signed out (notebook in narthex by nursery) and given to anyone that needs God’s love, comfort, and peace.

† ASSISTIVE LISTENING  If you are having a hard time hearing the service, assistive listening devices are available from the ushers.  They work like a transistor radio and you can control the volume.
