LWML RED/ WHITE/ BLUE BAKE SALE NEXT SUNDAY
Yum! Goodies to help you celebrate the 4th of July…Be creative and start thinking how you can add patriotic colors of red/white/ blue to your baked goods. Let’s have fun with this, and make it a firecracker of a yummy event. All proceeds from the sale will go toward mission projects of the Lutheran Women’s Missionary League.
PICTORIAL DIRECTORY In July we will begin to take pictures for a new congregational pictorial directory we will be publishing. There is a sign up sheet on the round table in the Narthex if you can help with scheduling and hosting. More on this later.
PORTALS OF PRAYER The July-September issue of the Portals of Prayer are available. You will find them on the table in the narthex next to the Nursery door.
FLOWER CHART If you would like to place flowers at the altar for a special occasion or in memory of someone, please sign the flower chart hanging on the wall next to the water fountain in the hallway. Simply write your name, phone number, and occasion with the pen provided.
ASSISTIVE LISTENING If you are having a hard time hearing the service, assistive listening devices are available from the ushers. They work like a transistor radio and you can control the volume.
BLOOD PRESSURE CHECKS are available in the nurse’s office after each service. You will be given a small form that can be carried in your wallet which will include medical information and a log of your blood pressure readings.
PRAYER BEARS are in the sanctuary pews and available to be signed out (notebook in narthex) and given to anyone that needs God’s love, comfort, and peace. We have had reports and words of thanks from folks being blessed by this outreach ministry.
