Announcements — February 6, 2022

† IN OUR PRAYERS  Ed E., at Carthage Health and Rehab; Barbara S., recovering from surgery; Megan M., safety during this pregnancy; Maggie C., recovering from COVID; Stephen Ministry and their care receivers.

† SUNDAY SCHOOL  The Sunday School children will be singing in the service on Sunday, February 20.  The students will be working on the songs during the opening of Sunday School for the next few Sundays.

† MEALS ON WHEELS  Good Shepherd’s turn to deliver meals will be the week of February 28.  If you would like to help with this or have questions please contact the new coordinator, Sandy D.

† CARTHAGE CROSSLINES  Good Shepherd has a long history of supporting Crosslines of Carthage through monthly donations of food and supplies. Sue S. has recently volunteered to take a more active role in this project.  She has done some checking on their current needs, and of course food is always appreciated, but they are really in need of toiletry items.  So watch for some new containers to be placed in the narthex to collect both food and toiletries for Crosslines.

† MEAL TRAIN  We are starting a meal train for Pastor and Megan.  We are asking for 3 meals a week.  You can find the link on Good Shepherd’s Facebook page or Donya M.’s Facebook page.  Personal invitations can be sent by email, there is a sign up on the table in the narthex.  If you have any questions please contact Donya M.

† WORSHIP REMINDERS

The rows in the back half of the sanctuary remain roped for those for whom spacing is a concern.

The offering plate is located at the back of the sanctuary.

If you would like to offer us any feedback about the service we would welcome it.
