<\/em><strong>\u00a0Leah\u00a0 E., <\/strong>the\u00a0\u00a0C.\u2019s granddaughter, <em>dealing with Thyroid Cancer;<\/em> <strong>Jim B., <\/strong><em>undergoing treatment for pancreatic cancer<\/em>;<strong> Stephen Ministry and their care <\/strong><strong>rec<\/strong><strong>eivers<\/strong><em>.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u2020\u00a0<strong>SUNDAY SCHOOL\u00a0 <\/strong>We are in need of two individuals who would be willing to alternate weeks teaching our 6<sup>th<\/sup> through 12<sup>th\u00a0<\/sup>grade Sunday School students.\u00a0 This commitment would start in January and go through May.\u00a0 If you are\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 willing to serve our congregation in this manner please contact Kayla H.<\/p>\n<p>\u2020\u00a0<strong>THANKSGIVING EVE SERVICE<\/strong><strong>\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>Be sure to join us this Wednesday, November 26, at 7:00 pm, for our Thanksgiving Eve Service with Holy Communion.<\/p>\n<p>\u2020\u00a0<strong>LFCS SEASON OF SHARING\u00a0<\/strong>The tree in the narthex has ornaments provided by the Joplin area Lutheran Family and Children\u2019s Services.\u00a0 These ornaments are for a specific child.\u00a0 If you would like to sponsor that specific child, please take the ornament and it will have their age, size, and interests.\u00a0 Then purchase gifts for that child for up to $75 total.\u00a0 It might be helpful for two or three families to share an ornament.\u00a0 The unwrapped items need to be back under the tree by Sunday, December 7.<\/p>\n<p>\u2020\u00a0<strong>SUNDAY SCHOOL PROGRAM\u00a0<\/strong>This year\u2019s Christmas program will be held the evening of Sunday, December 14.\u00a0 We will start practicing during the Sunday School hour today.\u00a0 If you would like your children to participate, please come and join us for practice.\u00a0\u00a0If you have any questions please contact Kayla H.<\/p>\n<p>\u2020\u00a0<strong>SUNDAY SCHOOL TABERNACLE PROJECT\u00a0<\/strong>Make sure to take a look at what the older Sunday School class has been working on for the last several weeks.\u00a0 The project is set up on display in the narthex.<\/p>\n<p>\u2020\u00a0<strong>ROCK\u00a0<\/strong>has been moved to Donya M.\u2019s house starting at 5:30 pm with dinner and ending around 6:30 pm so everyone can make it to Advent services.\u00a0 All children are welcome (and parents)!!!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u2020\u00a0IN OUR PRAYERS\u00a0 Shirley N., recovering from back surgery;\u00a0Dr. Raymond G., recovering from knee surgery;
