NEW MEMBER POT LUCK<\/strong>\u00a0 Today after the second service we will have a congregational pot luck to welcome our new members.\u00a0 Forgot, and didn\u2019t bring a dish?\u00a0 That\u2019s OK, please stay; there will be more than enough for everyone.\u00a0<\/p>\n

MIDWEEK SERVICES DURING LENT<\/strong>\u00a0 Midweek services are being held each Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. until Holy Week.\u00a0 We hope you will join us in the extra worship opportunities this Lenten season as we look forward to the joyous celebration of Easter.<\/p>\n

THE OVER-50 GOOD SHEPHERDS<\/strong> will meet this Thursday at 6:00 pm.\u00a0 Bring a snack and join the fun.\u00a0<\/p>\n

DAYLIGHT SAVING TIME BEGINS<\/strong> next Sunday, so be sure to set your clocks up (spring forward) one hour before you retire on Saturday night.\u00a0<\/p>\n

EASTER LILIES<\/strong>\u00a0 If you would like to purchase one or more\u00a0 Easter Lilies to help beautify the sanctuary at Easter, please use the sign up sheet in the narthex.\u00a0 Any lilies you purchase are of course yours to take home after Easter Sunday.\u00a0 The cost is $6.00 each.\u00a0 Please pay Betty K.\u00a0<\/p>\n

ANNUAL EASTER BREAKFAST<\/strong>\u00a0 There is a sheet on the card table in the narthex for you to sign up to bring your choice of food, paper products, or drinks for the Easter breakfast on April 4th.\u00a0 There is also a sign up sheet to offer your help in the set up, serving or clean up.\u00a0\u00a0

\nMEN\u2019S & CO-ED SOFTBALL SIGN UPS<\/strong>\u00a0 Interested in playing on either the men\u2019s or co-ed teams this spring?\u00a0 Please talk with Bradley M., or use the sign up sheet in the narthex. The men will play on Tuesday evenings and the co-ed team will play on Monday evenings.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n

BLOOD PRESSURE<\/strong>\u00a0 The opportunity to have your blood pressure taken and recorded after each service is available in the nurse\u2019s office located off the narthex.\u00a0 You will be given a card to carry with you to record your readings.<\/p>\n

TAPES & CDS OF THE SERVICE<\/strong>\u00a0 Audio tapes and CDs of the service are available after the 8:15 a.m. service each Sunday.\u00a0 They are located in the glassed-door cabinet in the narthex.\u00a0 The previous Sunday\u2019s are also available.<\/p>\n

ASSISTIVE LISTENING<\/strong>\u00a0 If you are having a hard time hearing the service, assistive listening devices are available from the ushers.\u00a0 They work like a transistor radio and you can control the volume.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
