LENT BEGINS WEDNESDAY<\/strong> with an Ash Wednesday service with Holy Communion at 7:00 p.m.\u00a0 Additional midweek services will be held each Wednesday evening at 7:00 p.m. until Holy Week.\u00a0 We hope you will join us in the extra worship opportunities this Lenten season as we look forward to the joyous celebration of Easter.<\/p>\n

WEDNESDAY EVENING SCHEDULE CHANGES<\/strong>\u00a0 The Youth Group, Women\u2019s Class and the Men\u2019s Ensemble Practice will all begin at 6:00 p.m., beginning this Wednesday, during Lent.\u00a0 The band will continue to meet at 5:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

ANNUAL YOUTH RUMMAGE SALE<\/strong>\u00a0 On Saturday, February 20th, from 8:00 a.m. to noon, the Youth Group will be holding their 6th Annual Rummage Sale in the Youth Trailer.\u00a0 You can help out by cleaning out your closets and garages to donate items for the sale.\u00a0 If you have items you need picked up, please contact Justin M. or Brenda D.\u00a0 All proceeds will help send Youth members to the\u00a0LCMS National Youth Gathering\u00a0<\/a>this summer in New Orleans.\u00a0 Thank you for your support!<\/p>\n

BLOOD PRESSURE<\/strong>\u00a0 The opportunity to have your blood pressure taken and recorded after each service is available in the nurse\u2019s office located off the narthex.\u00a0 You will be given a card to carry with you to record your readings.<\/p>\n

TAPES & CDS OF THE SERVICE<\/strong>\u00a0 Audio tapes and CDs of the service are available after the 8:15 a.m. service each Sunday.\u00a0 They are located in the glassed-door cabinet in the narthex.\u00a0 The previous Sunday\u2019s are also available.<\/p>\n
