Along with our regular Sunday morning Bible Class, Good Shepherd has a few other opportunities for Bible study. Pastor Mehl leads a study on Tuesday mornings from 9:30 am – 10:30 am in the church Fellowship Hall. Earl K. leads a class on Wednesday mornings from 10:30 am – 11:30 am in the Conference room of the church. There is a morning men\u2019s Bible study that meets Tuesday mornings at 6:30 am. They currently meet at Sami\u2019s restaurant in Joplin. There is also a Monday evening home study group that meets at Karen Perkin\u2019s house at 6:30 pm. We would like to encourage people to get involved in one or more of these studies. It\u2019s a great way to get connected to others in our church family while also learning about God\u2019s word.<\/p>\n
The Board of Christian Education wondered if there would be an interest in any other Bible study groups. What about a couples\u2019 Bible study, a young adult group, a men\u2019s morning Bible study in Carthage, etc. If you would be interested in any of these please contact Cindy E., or the church office 358-1325.
