\u2020\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 EASTER EGG HUNT<\/strong>\u00a0 Once again the Board of Education (with a lot of help from our Lutheran Youth Fellowship) is sponsoring the annual Easter Egg Hunt.\u00a0 The excitement begins right after the breakfast Easter Sunday, so bring your own basket and get ready for some fun.<\/p>\n

\u2020\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 THURSDAY MORNING BIBLE STUDY<\/strong> will not meet this week due to the 11:00 am Maundy Thursday Service.<\/p>\n

\u2020\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 CHURCH COUNCIL<\/strong>\u00a0 Due to all the activities around Easter, the Church Council will not meet on the normal second Sunday in April.\u00a0 Instead the meeting has been scheduled for Monday, April 21, at 7:00 pm.<\/p>\n

\u2020\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 LOVE OFFERING<\/strong>\u00a0 At the Easter Breakfast the LWML will not be asking for a free will offering, but we will be taking up a love offering which will go to Gretchen and Ethan N. to help with their mission trip to Mexico.<\/p>\n

\u2020\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 EASTER LILIES\u00a0<\/strong> If you would like to purchase one or more lilies to help adorn our sanctuary on Easter, please use the sign up sheet in the narthex.\u00a0 The cost is $8.00 each.\u00a0 Or if you would like to help with the Easter flower decorations, but not purchase a lily, you can make a monetary contribution toward that instead.\u00a0 Please pay Diana Endicott.<\/p>\n

\u2020\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 THE LWML<\/a> SPRING RALLY<\/strong> will be held Sunday, May 4, in Aurora, MO.\u00a0 If you would like to go as a member or a guest, please contact Jennifer S. to RSVP and for carpooling information.\u00a0 We\u2019d love to have a large group attend from Good Shepherd.<\/p>\n

\u2020\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 LWML<\/strong> is collecting baby items as an in-gathering for the Spring Zone Rally on May 4.\u00a0 Donated items will be taken to the Rally in Aurora and then be given to the Pregnancy Resource Center.\u00a0 A basket is in the narthex if you\u2019d like to help.\u00a0 Thank you!<\/p>\n

\u2020\u00a0NEW BIBLE STUDY GROUP<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0 Starting April 23, on Wednesday mornings at 10:30, there will be a Bible study group focused on the issues that go along with getting older.\u00a0 Earl Kirn will be leading this study and encourages anyone interested in this topic to come and join the group.\u00a0 There is a sign up sheet in the narthex on the round table.<\/p>\n

\u2020\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 ATTENTION ALL GRADUATES<\/strong>\u00a0 If you are graduating from high school, college, tech school, etc. we want to hear about it.\u00a0 Please get a picture with a bio to the church office by April 24.\u00a0 We want to publish your accomplishments and future plans in the May issue of the Shepherd\u2019s Staff.\u00a0 Parents, we may need your help with this, we don\u2019t want to leave anyone out, but if we don\u2019t have the information we can\u2019t print it.\u00a0 Thanks.<\/p>\n
