† WANNA TACO ‘BOUT JESUS? LETTUCE PRAY! – SUNDAY SCHOOL RALLY DAY  Sunday School classes resume today with Rally Day activities during the Sunday School hour.  This will be followed by a Taco Bar sponsored by Christian Education and a Pie Auction sponsored by LWML.

† SUNDAY SCHOOL TEACHERS NEEDED Fall Sunday School will be beginning in September and we are in need of Sunday School teachers. Please contact Donya M., if you’d be willing to help in this area. We need team teachers as well as substitute teachers.

† TREASURER’S NOTE For the eight months ending with August, our expenses totaled $146,901 and our income totaled $137,575 leaving us with a deficit of $9,326.

† HELPING WITH SCHOOL SUPPLIES Good Shepherd is collecting Lysol spray, disinfectant wipes, and tissues for Martin Luther School in Joplin to help with offsetting the cost of school supplies. There is a collection box in the narthex.
